Magyar Idők said that the elevated protection applies to Orbán’s close circle and his family. Protection will focus not only on persons but also buildings, and will be carried out by TEK and national security authorities, the paper reported.

Former TEK Deputy Director József Horváth said that elevating the level of protection for the prime minister and his family is part of the “professional protocol” and TEK “could not have taken any other steps” but to carry out these measures, Magyar Idők reported.
