Viktor Orbán Meets Marine Le Pen

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, President of Fidesz, held talks with Marine Le Pen, leader of the French National Rally party, at the Carmelite Monastery on Wednesday afternoon, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister's press chief, told MTI.

During the meeting, they assessed the situation of the growing European right, especially with regard to next year's European Parliament elections.

The meeting also discussed the political representation of families, national and Christian values, which is at the heart of the activities of the Hungarian governing parties and the French National Alliance, Bertalan Havasi said.
