Popeyes will open its fourth Hungarian restaurant at the shopping center on Nov. 17.

Founded in New Orleans in 1972, the U.S. chain entered Hungary in 2025. Its menu includes its signature chicken sandwich, fried chicken, sides, snacks and desserts.

The brand operates more than 4,300 restaurants across 35 countries, according to the announcement.

Köki has also completed the renovation of its external escalator, improving access to the metro level.

The tenant expansion will continue in the first half of 2027 with the opening of an ecipo.hu store.

Previously operating exclusively online in Hungary, the retailer opened its first physical store in the country in October 2025.

Its range focuses on footwear alongside bags, wallets, umbrellas and other fashion accessories. The Köki store will allow customers to view and try on products in person.
