The newly acquired freehold asset, now named Logicor Alligator, comprises approximately 28,000 sqm of warehouse and office space and is located near the M0 Budapest ring road, about 12 kilometers from Budapest city centre. Directly adjacent to the Logicor-owned Camel, Shark and Pharma parks.

“The acquisition strengthens Logicor’s position in this key location. It also consolidates four neighboring logistics parks in Budaörs, creating a combined logistics cluster of nearly 100,000 sqm in a prime, well-connected location,” Domonkos Joó, senior director and head of Hungary & Austria at Logicor, said.

“The property benefits from excellent transport connectivity, with proximity to the M1 motorway towards Western Europe, the M7 motorway towards the Croatian border, and the M0 Budapest Ring Road, making it ideally suited for both national and international distribution. The location is also well connected to public transport, including proximity to Budaörs railway station,” he added.

The property is currently 80% leased, which occupies approximately 22,000 sqm. The lessee is a global logistics provider whose core areas of expertise include freight forwarding, contract logistics, supply chain optimisation, ground transportation and project logistics.

In Hungary, Logicor operates some 172,000 sqm of logistics space across eight parks, predominantly located along Budapest’s most important transport corridors.
