Developed to the specific technological and operational requirements of Premium Sound Solutions (PSS), the bespoke production and office facility is secured under a 15-year lease.
PSS, a supplier of audio components to premium and luxury automotive brands including BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes and Volvo, has operated in the region for three decades. The new facility will support the company’s continued growth in Hungary, including an investment of approximately EUR 15 million through 2030. The expansion will add 32 injection molding machines, enable annual production of around 40 million components, and create more than 110 new jobs in the region.
The building’s handover represents an important milestone in the development of LogStar Park Fehérvár, where Biggeorge Property has approximately 500,000 sqm of BTS (build-to-suit) and BTO (build-to-own) development capacity across the 100-hectare logistics and industrial project, as well as multiple plots for sale.
Speakers at the inauguration included Judit Zolnay, State Secretary for Foreign Economic Affairs; Stijn Goeminne, global CEO of Premium Sound Solutions; Mihály Müller, general manager of Premium Sound Solutions Hungary; and Tibor Nagygyörgy MRICS, CEO of Biggeorge Property, who all highlighted the investment’s contribution to the company’s future growth, as well as to the economy of the wider region.
