Women/Business/Angels will organize its fifth innovation strategy workshop on March 4 at the H13 Student and Enterprise Development Center, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The workshop will focus on female business angel investment. According to the organizers, the number of female angel investors in the region should be increased, as it is currently very marginal in Hungary.

The primary way to do this is to train, network and share knowledge and experience with female (and male) angel investors and to connect business angels in the region and female business networks, the organizers argue.

The Women/Business/Angels Association contributes to the implementation and elaboration of the methodology. The 5th Innovation Workshop is one of the key initiatives of the association to identify possible future steps.

Partners include the Hungarian Business Angel Network (HUNBAN), CEE Business Angels (CEEBAN), Business and Professional Women (BPW), the Hungarian Executivesʼ Business Association (MVÜK), and the Hungarian Economic Association, the press release noted.
