Grandhouse lunch: ’Will Robots Take our Jobs?’

The next Grandhouse lunch, with special guest Róbert Pintér, will take place on Thursday, March 14, in the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, the Grandhouse International Club has told the Budapest Business Journal.

The event’s speaker, Pintér has a PhD in sociology, works as head of consumer research at eNET Internet Research & Consulting Ltd. and is an assistant professor of the Department of Information and Communication at Corvinus University of Budapest. The title of his presentation is: "Will Robots Take our Jobs? Possible Drastic Social and Economic Consequences of Artificial Intelligence." The lunch starts at 1 p.m. in the Gresham Room of the hotel.

The official dress code is business attire. The cost of the event is HUF 8,000 for members and HUF 12,000 for non-members. Bookings should be made before March 7 via e-mail to royaards@hu.inter.net.
