Corporate Sector Remains Optimistic

Analysis

Despite the economic challenges, the corporate sector is optimistic, expecting an increase in the number of employees and sales revenue in 2023, according to the National Employer Brand survey from Brandfizz Employer Branding Compass, writes hrportal.hu.

The pandemic, war, and economic challenges of recent years have had a strong impact on both the employers' and employees' sides; for 74% of companies, it means a concerted effort to retain the existing workforce; for 43%, it implies onboarding and strengthening commitment, and for 61% it makes recruitment the biggest challenge.

Some 33% of the respondents plan to spend between HUF 20 million and 150 mln, 54% plan to spend less than HUF 20 mln this year, but only 13% answered that they either don't know how much they would spend or didn't have a budget allocated for employer branding.
