MNB Int'l Reserves Rise EUR 94 mln in July

International reserves of the National Bank of Hungary (MNB) stood at EUR 39.964 billion at the end of July, up EUR 94 mln from a month earlier, state news wire MTI reports, citing data published by the central bank on Monday.

The stock of cash, deposits, and securities in the reserves rose EUR 1.385 bln to EUR 29.007 bln, while stock of "other reserve instruments" fell EUR 1.317 bln to EUR 2.945 bln. There was EUR 5.379 bln of monetary gold in the reserves and EUR 2.267 bln of IMF SDRs.

The international reserves were EUR 1.255 bln over their level at the end of 2022.
