The facility, which was constructed at a cost of €40 million ($59.2 million), has an annual capacity of 150,000 tons of biodiesel components, local broadsheet Népszabadság reported on Wednesday. The plant is the creation of Rossi Biofuels, owned by the Roth Group (75%) and MOL Nyrt (25%). MOL, which will gain access to biodiesel more economically from the plant, will use about 120,000 tons of the unit’s production at its refineries (its annual need is 200,000 tons). (portfolio.hu)
