MVM Partner enters new markets

MVM Partner, the electricity trader of state-owned energy company MVM Group, entered markets in Belgium, the Netherlands and Greece from the end of August, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
MVM Partner told MTI it is now present on the electricity markets of 20 countries in Europe, including Hungary, and is active on eleven electricity exchanges.
The company's international trading volume exceeded 47 TWh in 2022, accounting for close to 40pc of its overall trading volume of 122 TWh for the year.
MVM Partner earlier entered markets in Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, France, Czechia, Poland, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Italy, Switzerland, Montenegro and Spain.
