MOL shareholders approved payment of a HUF 50 bln dividend on last yearʼs earnings at an annual general meeting on April 16. The boardʼs proposal was “a continuation of last yearsʼ gradually increasing pay-out trend of the regular dividend payment”. MOL had after-tax profit of HUF 120.5 bln in 2014, according to Hungarian Accounting Standards.
