Science

NGOs dealing with type one diabetes can once again apply for support, State Secretary for Families Ágnes Hornung of the Ministry of Culture and Innovation told state news agency MTI on Saturday.

NGOs can apply for the tender, which has a budget of HUF 100 million, until July 1 on the application platform of the National Cultural Support Management: www.nktk.gov.

According to the state secretary, thousands of children in Hungary live with type one diabetes; the government's goal is to make information about the condition as widely known as possible, thus helping the affected families and their immediate environment.
