Hungarian metal processing firm VT Metal expanded production capacity at its plant in Székesfehérvár through an investment of HUF 777 million, Hungary’s National Economy Minister Mihály Varga said today, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

The investment, which was supported with a HUF 272 mln government grant, is expected to create 28 new jobs at the plant, Varga said. The government is helping VT Metal as part of its support program for big manufacturing companies that are not receiving EU funding, MTI reported.
