While the supply is significant, the demand is currently weak in the real estate market of the northern agglomeration of Budapest, where those looking will find real estate prices at the capital level, writes profitline.hu.

For now, neither the state subsidies nor the boom in lending have been felt.

The past two years have not been good for the real estate market of the northern agglomeration, and 2023 was particularly weak due, among other things, to high real estate prices, high loan interest rates and disappearing demand, said Frigyes Balla, operational director of Balla Ingatlan.
