Real Estate Prices Falling in Northwestern Agglomeration

Prices are falling in one of the most sought-after and most expensive agglomeration areas of Budapest, according to uzletem.hu.
This year, the average square meter price in the northwestern sector shows a 6% decrease compared to last year, based on the sales concluded with the cooperation of Duna House.
Szentendre is a popular destination for interested parties; more than a third of sales concluded in the sector were completed in the settlement, where buyers were mainly motivated by moving to a larger property, and the amount spent on building a home approached HUF 120 million.
