Real Estate Continues to Strengthen in March

The real estate market continued to strengthen in March; the domestic market closed with 30,154 transactions in the first quarter, 10,000 more sales compared to Q1 2023, an increase of 52%, Duna House announced.
According to the company's statement, in the last month of the first quarter, the real estate market closed the strongest month so far, with 11,046 transactions estimated by Duna House.
First quarter results confirm Duna House's expectations that this year will see a much more active real estate market.
The company's expectations range around an annual sales transaction volume of between 110,000 and 130,000.
