A survey by Ingatlan.com, commissioned by the D&B Ingatlanfejlesztő-Group, revealed that the interest of buyers in District XIII in 70-139 sqm properties in the last year had increased more than for other size categories.

This increase can be explained by changes in residence needs during the pandemic period and the impact of state incentives to help families.

Compared with the first quarter of 2019, the number of inquiries per ad in the size category between 70 and 139 sqm increased by 7% in the district.
