Nógrád County establishes Chinese Hungarian Business Council chapter
Nógrád Country (NE Hungary) established its own Chinese Hungarian Business Council chapter in Salgótarján on Wednesday.
Ferenc Gazsi, the chapter's president and head of business association VOSZ in the county, said the body aims to bolster economic ties between Nógrád County and China's Guizhou Province.
Last summer, a delegation from the county visited Guizhou and established a partnership agreement.
VOSZ and the Chinese Foreign Trade Development Council agreed last summer to establish the Chinese-Hungarian Business Council to foster bilateral business ties last summer. A declaration on setting up the council was signed in Budapest, during an official visit by Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao in June.
