MNV keeps four OTP shares after selling 14 mln on auction
State-owned Hungarian National Asset Management Company (MNV) kept four OTP shares after a stock market auction on Thursday, during which the state sold more than 14 million shares, Hungarian news agency MTI reported late Friday.
According to MTI, the company kept the four shares for technical reasons, and still owns 1,153,976 OTP OPUS Securities shares, which could be converted to OTP shares if the issuer chooses to do so, MTI added citing information OTP released on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE).
The possible conversion date is October 17, 2016, the news agency reported.
