AirConnect to Launch Direct Flights from Romania to Budapest

Romania's AirConnect will operate direct flights between Cluj-Napoca and Budapest and between Bucharest and Budapest, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Based on information displayed on its webpage the carrier will operate the return flights from October 15 on Tuesdays and Saturdays using ATR-72-68Y aircraft with seats for 68 passengers.

AirConnect was founded by five Romanian private investors and launched its first flight in July.
