Slovakia Industrial Output Shrinks in November

Industrial production in Slovakia fell 1.9% year-on-year in November, reversing from a 4.3% growth in the previous month, figures released by the Slovak Statistical Office (SÚSR) showed on Wednesday.
The downturn was attributed to decreased production in mining & quarrying (-0.1% vs 28.8% in October) and manufacturing (-2.2% vs 4.2%), particularly computer, electronic and optical products.
Additionally, there was a slowdown in output for electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply (0.3% vs 4%).
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial production decreased by 4%.
