Bosnia's Federation industrial output up in September

The industrial output of Bosnia's Federation rose by an annual 10.3% in September, after expanding by 9.1% in August, data release by the entity's Agency for Statistics (BHAS) show.

Output of manufacturing rose by 11.3% (vs. 13.3% in August) while output of utilities went up by 11.6% (vs 0.5%). Mining meantime added 1.2% (vs. -6.8%).

On a monthly comparison basis, industrial production increased by 4.2% in September, following a decline of 2.1% in August, the Sarajevo-based agency said.

The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
