Nagy noted that the 7% pay hike was part of a two-year agreement reached earlier between the company’s management and the postal union.
He added that Magyar Posta employees received a HUF 100,000 bonus in December and will be granted another HUF 150,000 bonus in March.
The annual cap for non-wage benefits has also been raised from HUF 360,000 to HUF 420,000.
