To mark the anniversary, the company’s management holds an investor event and institutional professional day today, following the ceremonial ringing of the BSE’s anniversary bell.
At the event, CEO Dr. István Fedák presented the results achieved in the five years since the ownership and management changes of the early 2020s. He also outlined the company’s current market position, shaped in line with its Growth Strategy, which has enabled CIG Pannónia Group to become one of the most stable medium-sized players in the Hungarian insurance sector and to continue developing through ongoing innovation.
Following the CEO’s remarks, an institutional investor meeting tok place, where Attila Vágó, investment manager at MBH Alapkezelő Zrt., addressed institutional investors. He highlighted the company’s market position on European, regional and domestic levels, and explains the rationale behind the IFRS 17 reporting standards for insurers. The company hopes this will spur stronger analyst coverage of CIG Pannónia Életbiztosító Nyrt. based on real data and renew investor interest in its shares.
