Beata Kokeli was appointed head of asset management of TriGranit Corporation, as part of the restructuring of the company after the TPG acquisition at the end of 2015, according to a press release issued today.

In her new position, Kokeli will be part of the management team, and will be responsible for TriGranit’s portfolio strategy, asset and property management and leasing activities. Beyond the classic asset management tasks of overseeing the whole TriGranit portfolio, consisting of office and retail projects, she will also support the acquisition and development processes of new assets, the company said.

Kokeli has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate sector, working at both development companies and at real-estate agencies, the company said. Between 2001-2008, at the Danish TK Development Group, she was responsible for development, leasing and marketing activities; and between 2008-2012 at the Polish Centrum Development & Investments, as chief commercial officer, she coordinated the development and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies for existing and future investment projects.

Prior joining TriGranit, Kokeli spent four years at CBRE, where she is said to have focused on developing retail services and also contributed to retail platform activities.

“Taking on a management position is a huge recognition and a big responsibility as well. Beata’s deep knowledge and expertise in the real estate sector will help us to drive the company’s business growth further in the upcoming years,” said Árpád Török, TriGranit CEO.
