István Csanálosi has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of Wizz Tours, the online travel service provider of Hungarian low-fare airline Wizz Air, according to a press release issued today.

With more than a decade of experience, Csanálosi joins Wizz Tours from Boston-based Vantage Deluxe World Travel, where he led the firm’s regional offices. He spent almost a decade in the United Kingdom, working with Groupon Getaways, among many others.

“Traveling habits have changed a lot in the past year here, but I think we have a lot to learn from West European trends and experiences,” the newly appointed CEO said. “Wizz Tours is already a significant player in the CEE market,” the new leader added.
