Full-service law firm Noerr has announced the appointment of Viktor Füzi as associated partner at its Budapest office, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Füzi has been with Noerr for more than 2.5 years, advising major international clients on a range of corporate, employment and investment advisory projects during his time at the company. He heads the employment and litigation practice in Budapest, the press release says. Before joining Noerr, he worked for Rödl & Partner for more than nine years.

After graduating from Eötvös Lóránd University (ELTE) in Budapest, Füzi completed his legal studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He is fluent in both German and English.

"Viktor has brought on board valuable market knowledge and client relationship skills and his appointment is evidence of the success of Noerr’s growth strategy in Hungary and the CEE at large," said Zoltán Nádasdy, Noerrʼs office managing partner in Budapest.

SUPPORT THE BUDAPEST BUSINESS JOURNAL

Producing journalism that is worthy of the name is a costly business. For 27 years, the publishers, editors and reporters of the Budapest Business Journal have striven to bring you business news that works, information that you can trust, that is factual, accurate and presented without fear or favor.
Newspaper organizations across the globe have struggled to find a business model that allows them to continue to excel, without compromising their ability to perform. Most recently, some have experimented with the idea of involving their most important stakeholders, their readers.
We would like to offer that same opportunity to our readers. We would like to invite you to help us deliver the quality business journalism you require. Hit our Support the BBJ button and you can choose the how much and how often you send us your contributions.
