The chosen startups will receive immediate feedback regarding developing their innovations with the help of the participating companies. According to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal, workshops and personal discussions may even lead to business opportunities and potential cooperation between the startups and the companies.

Startups from the CEE region innovating in the IoT, AI, and machine learning fields may submit their applications at until April 29. The applications will be evaluated by experts of the participating Swedish companies and representatives of the Swedish Embassy. The ten best startups will be rewarded with a chance to spend a whole day together with decision-makers of the four large companies.

"We see huge potential in linking the startup and company management experiences of Swedes in Central & Eastern Europe with unique ideas related to digitalization," said Niclas Trouvé, Swedish Ambassador to Hungary.

The Match Startup Program was created by the Global Startup Awards, notes the press release.
