ODELUS-Construkt Kft., a Hungarian investment and real estate development company based in Győr, northwest Hungary, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Ukrrosleasing LLC, Ukraine.

With the acquisition of 100% of the shares, the company says it is underlining its strategy to further invest in promising East European markets and businesses. The parties said they have agreed to maintain confidentiality about the purchase price and other transaction details.

"This acquisition represents a pivotal moment in ODELUS’ expansion and we will closely observe other promising businesses in CEE," an ODELUS-Construkt Kft. spokesperson told the Budapest Business Journal.
