After their meeting German Foreign Minister, Frank Walter Steinmeier said in Berlin that the draft would be circulated at the United Nation over the next two weeks. A senior US official said the new resolution against Iran increases the severity of the sanctions already in place and will also introduce new elements. China and Russia who have trade ties with Iran have been reluctant to back any more punitive measures against Tehran.
Iran, however has demanded that its nuclear case should be returned to International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) based on Tehran’s constructive cooperation. According to Iranian news agency press TV, Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said this yesterday while meeting with his Bulgarian counterpart in Sofia.

Developed in cooperation with INTERPOL (International Police Organization), EUROPOL (European Police Organization), and the World Customs Organization, the handbook is the first to provide a comprehensive guide that addresses the multifaceted threat of a possible nuclear terror attack.
