Bourse Turnover Reaches HUF 273 bln in January

Share turnover on the Budapest Stock Exchange came to HUF 273 billion in January, the bourse said on Thursday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

The daily turnover averaged HUF 12.4 bln. 

Erste Bank brokered the highest volume of trades during the month, with a double-counted turnover of HUF 139.8 bln.

Concorde was runner-up with turnover of HUF 135.3 bln, followed by Wood&Company with HUF 106.7 bln.
