Bosnia's Federation industrial output up in July
The industrial output of Bosnia's Federation rose by 10.2% year-on-year in July, after expanding by 15.4% in June, data by the entity's Agency for Statistics (BHAS) showed on Thursday.
Manufacturing increased 14.3% annually in July (vs 19.2% in June), while output of utilities grew 0.2% (vs. 10.4%). On the other hand, mining decreased by 4% (vs. 3.3% in June).
On a monthly comparison basis, industrial production decreased by 2.3% in July, after adding 3.8% in the previous month, the Sarajevo-based agency said.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
