875 new coronavirus cases registered in Hungary

The number of active coronavirus cases in Hungary stands at 110,853, with 875 new cases and 68 new deaths registered since yesterday, according to data by government coronavirus information site koronavirus.gov.hu.
The death toll stands at 11,409.
The total number of confirmed cases stands at 352,703 up from 351,828 yesterday.
The number of recoveries has risen to 230,441.
Currently, 4,445 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 330 of whom are on ventilators.
So far 2,963,613 tests have been conducted at accredited laboratories. Some 21,648 people are currently in compulsory home quarantine.
Looking at all diagnosed cases until now, Budapest remains the most affected area of the entire country, with the number of cases (both active and inactive) reaching 65,923. Pest County is the second most affected, with 43,912 cases, followed by Győr-Moson-Sopron County (19,980 cases).
The number of curfew violations registered by authorities throughout the country so far has reached 26,798.
Some 123,188 people have been vaccinated until Sunday night, the website notes.
