17,834 new COVID cases registered in Hungary over past 3 days

Some 17,834 new coronavirus cases were registered in Hungary over the past three days, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 909,998, according to data by koronavirus.gov.hu.
A total of 214 patients died between Friday and Sunday, raising the coronavirus death toll in Hungary to 31,398.
The number of recovered patients rose to 810,014, while the number of active cases stands at 68,586.
Some 3,980 infected people are currently hospitalized, and 434 of them require ventilation.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 5,974,514, of whom 5,754,475 have already received their second vaccination. About 1.369 million people have already received their third vaccination.
