World Bank puts Hungary GDP growth at 5% in 2022

The World Bank forecasts Hungary's economy will expand 5% in 2022 in the latest issue of its biannual Global Economic Prospects report.
The World Bank raised the forecast from 4.7% in the previous issue released in June 2021.
The fresh forecast is under the latest 5.9% projection for 2022 GDP growth by the Finance Ministry.
The World Bank sees Hungary's GDP growth slowing to 4.3% in 2023.
