Users of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 will be able to upgrade their versions free of charge, even if they use pirated software, Microsoft said earlier. As such, Microsoft expects hundreds of millions of people take advantage of the Windows 10 operating system.
“Windows 10 represents the new generation of Windows, which has been designed for users to execute great things using the OS,” Terry Myerson, Microsoftʼs Executive Vice President of Operating Systems, said. “Windows 10 is our first OS that realizes our concept of more personalized user experience than ever,” the expert added.
Reservations for the free upgrade can be done on their website.
