RTL to sue in Hague court
Hungarian leading commercial TV channel RTL Klub said today it would take its fight against the new ad tax to the International Court of Justice in the Hague.
German-owned RTL Group is planning to take the recently approved advertisement revenue tax to the Hague, the group's regional director in charge of Southeastern Europe, Andreas Rudas, told Hungarian radio station Klubrádió today.
