Monthly Living Expenses up HUF 64,000

Monthly living expenses have grown much more than income, according to the K&H Safe Future survey, which examined the situation of the 30-59 age group, writes hrportal.hu.

Some 92% of respondents spend an average of HUF 64,000 more on everyday life than a year ago.

Some 5% of those affected mentioned an increase of less than HUF 20,000, 27% spoke of HUF 20,000-50,000, 38% of HUF 50,000-99,000, while more than 20% spent HUF 100,000-149,000 more on daily living per month.

The proportion of those who experienced an increase of HUF 150,000-200,000 or HUF 200,000 is 5%.

According to the survey, monthly expenses increased by HUF 64,000 on average, while the median value was HUF 50,000.
