Naturland Holding Shares Start Trading on BSE

Shares of Naturland Holding have started trading on the Budapest Stock Exchange's (BSE) Xtend platform, tailored to SMEs, the BSE said on Monday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

In preparation for the start of trading, Naturland Holding converted from a private company limited by shares (Zrt.) into a public company limited by shares (Nyrt.).

The company has 13.6 million shares with a nominal value of HUF 100 apiece listed on the bourse. Shares of the company have been listed on the Xtend platform since September 9.

The main activity of Naturland Holding is asset management, within the framework of which it primarily carries out the strategic management of its subsidiary, Naturland Magyarország Kft., and the utilization of its trademarks registered in the health industry.
