Hungary 2nd to Ukraine in German Weapon Imports
The German Ministry of Economy has published the latest arms export data with Hungary almost surpassing Ukraine on the list, according to the business daily Világgazdaság.
Perhaps it is no surprise that the military equipment intended for Ukraine is the most valuable. Export licenses for EUR 1.18 billion were issued for the country.
However, it is closely followed by Hungary, which is receiving German weapons worth EUR 1.03 bln.
Seven of the ten countries ordering the most German weapons are EU and/or NATO members.
