Croatia trade deficit widens in H1

Croatia's trade deficit widened to HRK 33.7 billion (EUR 4.5 billion) in the first half of 2021, compared with a gap of HRK 32.3 billion in the same period of 2020, the country's statistical office reported.
Exports rose 27.1% on the year to HRK 65.8 billion in the first six months, while imports grew 18.3% to HRK 99.6 billion, the Crostat said, citing preliminary data.
