Slovakia c/a deficit decreases in November

Slovakia's current account deficit tightened to EUR 106.5 million in November 2020, from EUR 236.53 million in the previous year, as the primary income gap decreased to EUR 87.99 million from EUR 153.36 million and goods rebounded to EUR 59.81 million surplus from a EUR 80.81 million deficit, the country's central bank said.

Furthermore, the services surplus stood EUR 45.20 million, close to its previous surplus of EUR 48 million. On the other side, the secondary income deficit plunged to EUR 123.51 million from EUR 50.16 million in 2019. Month-on-month, the current deficit balance fell 136.6% after having decreased by 7.79% in October.
