ÁKK sells HUF 35 bln of securities at auction

The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold a combined HUF 35 billion of securities at auction on Wednesday, as planned, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

ÁKK sold HUF 15 bln of discount twelve-month T-bills. Primary dealers bid for HUF 21.3 bln of the securities. The average yield was 0.52%, 2 bp over the secondary market benchmark and 4 bp higher than the yield at the previous auction of the bills two weeks earlier.

The agency also sold HUF 20 bln of a six-year floating rate bond, sticking to its original offer in spite of bids reaching HUF 94.3 bln.
