ÁKK Sells HUF 30 bln in T-bills

The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold HUF 30 billion of discount treasury bills at auction on Tuesday, as planned, according to data released on its website.

ÁKK sold HUF 15 bln of three-month treasury bills. Primary dealers bid for HUF 75.9 bln of the securities.

The average yield was 14.89%, 88 basis points over the secondary market benchmark yield and nine basis points higher than at the previous auction of the bills one week earlier.

ÁKK also sold HUF 15 bln of six-month treasury bills. Bids reached HUF 111.9 bln.

The average yield was 15.41%, 39 basis points over the benchmark and 22 basis points higher than at the previous auction of the bills about a week earlier.
