Romania's annual bank deposits growth slows in Sept

The deposits of the non-governmental sector in Romanian banks grew 13.9% on the year to RON 452.4 billion (EUR 92 billion) in September, compared to an annual increase of 15.5% in August, the central bank said on Monday.

Meantime, the value of Romanian banks' outstanding loans to the non-government sector grew 13.4% year-on-year to RON 314.6 billion (EUR 64 billion) in September, compared to a 12.8% growth in August, the bank said.
