OTP Issues USD 650 mln Bond
OTP Bank, Hungary's biggest commercial lender, announced the issue of a USD 650 million bond on international markets on Thursday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
Oversubscription was more than double, with over 100 investors participating, including the International Finance Corporation and the EBRD.
Lead managers for the issue were Citi, BNP, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and OTP Global Markets.
