Building materials maker Velux Magyarország, the Hungarian unit of the Copenhagen-based Velux Group, has completed a €1 million investment that will enable the company to manufacture solar absorber plates at its plant in Fertőszentmiklós (NW Hungary), Velux Magyarország said on Tuesday.
Another unit in the Velux Group previously supplied the absorber plates for the production of solar panels.
