The turbines will have a 2.5MW capacity each. The project will cost over Ft 13 billion (about €54 million) and be carried out by A.E. GmBH’s subsidiary Windrise Hungary Kft. The company has agreed and signed a 25-year leasing contract with all the land owners involved.
Energy production is planned to start in H2 of 2009. A.E./Windrise has been so far permitted to build 10 wind farms and requested another permit for 15 further wind farms. Earlier the company focused on West Hungary, mainly Győr-Moson-Sopron and Vas Counties. (Napi Gazdaság)
