The cornerstone of a €10 million water treatment plant that is being built by a Hungarian project company has been laid in Vietnam, the Hungarian embassy in Hanoi told MTI. An agreement on a loan for the project from Hungary’s Eximbank was signed at a meeting of the Vietnamese-Hungarian Joint Economic Committee in Hanoi last autumn. The plant will provide drinking water for more than 100,000 people.
